At ZIOVIA, we stand by the quality of our products. We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Customers must notify us within 2 days of receiving the order by emailing support@ziovia.in with photos and order details. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, fit, or change of mind.

At ZIOVIA, we process all orders within 1–3 business days and deliver across India in 3–7 business days, while international orders usually take 7–14 business days depending on location and customs. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow your order. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. For international customers, any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
